Delivery

We have a small number in stock, ready to dispatch within 1–2 days. Once these are sold, pieces are made to order with a 2–3 week lead time.

Christmas Deliveries

Our makers will be taking a well-earned break from 23rd–28th December and made-to-order pieces will be dispatched from week commencing 29th December.

If your chosen item is in stock, we’ll always do our best to send it before Christmas.

We’ll return in the new year refreshed and ready, with beautiful new stock to share.

Duties & Taxes

Village London aims to ship all international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning duties and taxes are covered wherever possible. However, this can vary depending on the destination country. In some cases, additional fees may apply – if this is relevant to your order, we’ll contact you directly before dispatch.

Returns

Exchanges & Returns

We accept returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure items are properly packaged for return.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on sale, discounted, or bespoke items.
  • We ship worldwide.
  • If an item arrives faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
  • As all of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur — we believe this is part of their charm and uniqueness.
  • As a result of recent changes to US import rules, a 10% tariff will now be applied to all shipments to the US. This will be added to the shipping cost at checkout.

UK Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns – return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns or cover any customs charges – return shipping and any related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
